Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the artificial arrangements back into their original protective packaging to ensure the delicate petals and stems are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
